Cross Street Enterprises LLC, a Punta Gorda company managed by Andrea J. Bivens, sold a 3,580-square-foot office condo at 328 Cross Street and a vacant commercial lot at 317 Sullivan Street in Punta Gorda to Left Coast Enterprises PA for $930,000.
Cross Street Enterprises paid $550,000 for the building in November 2007 and $165,000 for the land in June 2010.
Left Coast Enterprises, a Punta Gorda company managed by Daniel P. Bowen, financed the purchases with a $975,000 loan from Live Oak Banking Co.
